B2 Rewards — Terms & Conditions

Earn B2 Points. Get Rewarded.

B2 Rewards members earn 1 B2 Point for every $1 spent on eligible purchases at Burrito Bistro. From time to time, Burrito Bistro may offer bonus-point promotions, including double-point items, promotional days, or other special offers. The terms of any bonus-point promotion will be communicated at the time of the offer.

Once you reach 100 B2 Points, you earn a $5 reward to use on a future eligible purchase.

Earning B2 Points

• B2 Points are earned at a rate of 1 point for every $1 of eligible purchase subtotal before tax and after discounts.

• B2 Points are not earned on gift card purchases.

• B2 Points are not earned on amounts paid using a B2 Reward.

• B2 Points may be earned on in-store, online, and catering purchases.

• B2 Points earned from a transaction that is subsequently refunded or canceled may be removed from your B2 Rewards account.

• Only one B2 Rewards account is permitted per customer.

• B2 Rewards members can view and track their B2 Points through their Square customer account.

Using Your Rewards

• B2 Rewards may be used for eligible purchases at Burrito Bistro, in-store and online.

• Multiple $5 B2 Rewards may be redeemed on a single purchase.

• B2 Rewards have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to another person.

• B2 Rewards cannot be used to purchase gift cards.

B2 Points Expiration

• B2 Points expire six months after the date they are earned. Any B2 Points that have not been used before their expiration date will automatically expire and will no longer be available for use.

• B2 Points are redeemed on a first-in, first-out (FIFO) basis. When you earn a reward, the oldest available B2 Points in your Rewards account are used first, followed by newer B2 Points.

• Burrito Bistro may send an automated reminder approximately 14 days before B2 Points are scheduled to expire. This reminder is provided as a courtesy and is not guaranteed. Burrito Bistro is not responsible for missed, delayed, or undelivered reminders, including due to an incorrect or outdated phone number or email address, delivery issues, or technical problems. Customers are responsible for monitoring their B2 Rewards account and B2 Points expiration dates.

Program Changes

Burrito Bistro reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Burrito Bistro Rewards program or change its terms at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes to members. Changes may affect B2 Rewards and B2 Points that have already been issued unless required by law.

Burrito Bistro reserves the right to correct B2 Points balances in error and to suspend or terminate accounts where there is suspected fraud, abuse, or other activity inconsistent with the intended use of the B2 Rewards program.

General

Burrito Bistro Rewards accounts are primarily identified and accessed using the mobile phone number provided by the customer when enrolling in the program. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and current account information and for notifying Burrito Bistro if their phone number changes.

Burrito Bistro Rewards is intended for individual customers and is subject to these Terms & Conditions. By enrolling in or participating in Burrito Bistro Rewards, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Burrito Bistro may determine, in its reasonable discretion, whether a transaction or activity qualifies for B2 Points or rewards under the program.

Burrito Bistro reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
